Cancellation Policy
To respect our artists’ time, all cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will incur a 15% fee.
No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred one time with 24+ hours notice.
Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may receive a shortened service or be asked to reschedule.
