Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At ÉLAN Nail & Lash Studio, each appointment is reserved especially for you.
• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service price.
• No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price.
• Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all online appointments. The applicable fee may be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy and the booking platform’s payment rules.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may receive a shortened service or be asked to reschedule.
